KLLF Partner David Lebowitz Appointed to Federal Court Rules Committee
Firm partner David Lebowitz was recently appointed to serve as a member of the Joint Committee on Local Rules for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. The committee, which is composed of judges, court staff, and attorneys with experience in federal practice, helps to update and revise the procedural rules governing litigation in the two federal courts that serve New York City and the surrounding area. David will serve on the committee for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2026.
